因公司业务需要,现招聘1名员工,主要负责阶段性岗位替岗工作,工作期限约12个月左右,具体以实际工作安排为准,英语基础良好,可应届毕业生,学习意愿强,职位描述如下:
1、Receive overseas orders from customers or subsidiaries.
获取来自客户或子公司的国外订单
2、 Build the delivery planning with Planner.
与计划员共同制定交付计划
3、 Confirm the order delivery schedule to customers or subsidiaries through acknowledgment after contract review with manufacturing teams.
与生产部跟进订单/合同评审后,确认订单交付时间
4、 Follow up the order progression, find solutions in case of delays and communicate accordingly.
跟踪订单进度,出现延误时寻找解决方案,并进行及时沟通.
5、Contact the customer during the progress of the order and be the contact window.
作为工厂与客户的窗口,与客户沟通订单状态
6、Once the quality control has validated the goods for departure, confirm the pickup and ensure that everything goes smoothly until customer reception.
质量部门确认发货信息后,确认提货顺利,直到客户收到。
Manage the Invoicing process:
开票管理
1、 Manage the invoicing process to the customer or subsidiaries for the whole CN Database
管理中国区数据库的客户或子公司的开票流程
2、Weekly & monthly sales tracking report for finance
跟进财务销售的周报表,月报表
3、Participate in Weekly& Monthly Meeting.
参加周/月度会议
4、Keep updated related data on company ERP.
在系统中维护相关数据
5、Monitor a dashboard to follow up the performance of delivery / KPI on service
监控报表,跟踪交付质量和相关 KPI 数据
6、Anticipate unforeseen situations and quickly make corrective decisions
提前预估未知情况并快速做出正确决策
7、Translation of documents Chinese to English and reverse as necessary
如有必要对相关文件做翻译
8、Tasks may be added to above list according to company evolution and project development

职位描述:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields
本科及以上学历,供应链、物流、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业优先
2、Strong interest in supply chain operations and order management
对供应链运营及订单管理工作有浓厚兴趣
3、Basic understanding of international trade or logistics processes is a plus
了解国际贸易或物流流程者优先
4、Good command of English and Mandarin (written & spoken)
具备良好的中英文沟通能力(书面及口语)
5、Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP experience is a plus
熟练使用办公软件(尤其是 Excel),有 ERP 经验优先
6、Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
具备良好的沟通能力,能够与跨部门团队协作
7、Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
