    职位描述：
   Participate in new suppliers’ entrance audit with Purchasing Department, and NPI.
与NPI和采购部门合作，参与新供应商的准入审核
   Perform suppliers’ annual audit and continuous process audit, detect suppliers process control risk and facilitate nonconformance close. 
实施供应商年度审核和例行的过程审核，对供应商开展过程风险排查，推动关闭审核中发现的不符合项
   Training suppliers, deliver Acrelec’s quality standard and requirements to suppliers.
对供应商开展相关培训，向供应商传递阿歌列的产品标准、质量要求
  Responsible for quality activities in new product introduction process, review and validate suppliers’ control plan, checklist, etc, check and review samples.
负责新项目开发阶段的质量活动，评审和验证供应商提交的控制计划、检验清单等质量文件，检查和评估初始样件
  Participate to the inspection checklist, coach QC (including suppliers).
参与制订质量来料检验清单，对检验员（含供应商）进行质量检验的培训指导
 Responsible for suppliers outgoing control inspection, fill in the corresponding inspection record form, deal with nonconforming products, tracking the problems occurred during the inspection findings.
负责在供应商处对产品进行出货检验，填写相应的检查记录表，处理不合格产品，跟进在检验中发现的问题
 Judge abnormal sheet metal incoming material. 
钣金类产品来料异常的最终判定
 Tackle with suppliers’ quality issue from customer claims and process, follow-up and validate suppliers’ corrective action through PDCA.
处理制造过程和客诉中的供应商质量问题，通过PDCA手段跟踪和验证供应商的改进措施
 Monthly report for inspection data collection, statistics, KPI.
对检验数据和KPI进行收集和统计，并每月汇报
 Coordinate with internal (manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing projects, central quality organization) and external relations (suppliers, customers).
协调内部关系(制造、供应链、采购项目、中心质量组织)和外部关系(供应商, 客户)
 Ensuring proper implementation of procedures and work instructions and suggest their update if necessary.
确保流程和工作的指令得到正确实施，提供必要的改进建议
Job requirements:
工作要求：
College degree or above, mechanical related major. 
大专及以上学历, 机械相关专业
3 years working as quality engineer, in the mechanical manufacturing or relative.
机械制造行业3年以上质量管理经验
Be familiar with sheet metal and painting technology, process, quality control method, etc.
熟悉钣金喷涂的生产加工工艺、制造流程、质量控制方法等
Strong ability to read drawings, be familiar with quality tools, be able to analyze and solve problems and drive improvement.
 具有较强的阅读图纸的能力，能够运用质量工具分析和解决问题，推动循环改善
Skillful use of the measuring tooling, such as multi-meter, ruler gauge, thread gauge and caliper, and knowledge of mechanical process and office software. 
熟练使用测量工具，如万用表、尺表、线规和卡尺，以及机械加工和办公软件的知识
Be familiar with ISO 9001.
熟悉ISO9001质量体系及相关运作流程
“Can do” attitude, strong execution, be able to complete various tasks.
“Can do” 的态度，执行力强，具有快速完成各项工作任务的能力
Communicate with different departments, to travel frequently (approximate 50% of working time) and to have a very good English level.
能与不同部门沟通，适应经常出差(约一半的工作时间)，而且英语水平很好
